I have tried to send them emails but they only seem to supply unattended mailboxes and their weblinks just don't work. Be warned about this company - they have a bad reputation for not delivering what they have sold, or delivering it very late - some reviews I have read state they made a profit on the postage costs. Buy from someone else who is more likely to honour their end of the bargain. I'll probably never get my book now.

A1 Books should be called Zero Books because that's what you will receive. My books were extremely late and they refused to accept responsibility for their errors. A1 refuses to accept responsibility for anything they do for that matter. I was never contacted to inform me that the book would be late. I had to contact them and even then I got nothing but excuses. They make a PROFIT on shipping. Often times it is cheaper to ship First Class mail, but they use Media Mail to make higher profits. Media Mail is the slowest possible way to ship as well. The book I ordered was for a class I was taking. The book was so late that I had to purchase it somewhere else to keep from failing my class. After sending the book back, A1 refused to refund the full amount. Their errors were not reason enough to return the book, according to them. They give nothing but excuses for their complete lack of customer service. In fact, they don't have customer service; zero phone number, zero human contact. They go out of their way to avoid customers. Email is their only form of communication and even that is a joke. A1 Books is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE A1 BOOKS!!!!
