My purchase with AllHeart.com was the WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE I have ever had. Shipping was absolutely ridiculous! Cost me over $15.00 for a stethoscope and took over TWO WEEKS to receive it. They first shipped via FEDEX then it was transferred to USPS. Give me a break. I will spend the extra money and buy local. Give me a break.

Just GODDAWFUL customer service!!!!dO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. i HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT. Ordered a leather doctor's bag for a gift. Website said 20 days max. I needed the gift in 6 weeks. Never came, no one with this terrible company had any idea where it was and they kept blaming their vendor for the mistake and not taking any responsibility. Their lady, Holly, in charge of vendors should be absolutely fired. She never returned my phone calls when all I wanted to know was when and where my item was and yes they billed me as soon as I made the order. When I tried to cxl the order they said they would have to locate the item and that they couldn't cxl until this was located. As I said, customer service is a joke and no one ever returned my phone call. The only helpful person there was a supervisor named Courtney. Once again Holly should be evaluated thouroughly as she flat out ignored my messages for her.Never shop here. save yourself heartache. They are a joke!
