Ordered a faucet from these guys- I like the look but feel it has more of a brushed stainless steel look than the copper-like finish shown on the website. I think I will keep it, however, but they need to make sure the items are matching the finish as shown on the website photos.

Do not use efaucets.com! I had the worst customer service experience of my life with not one, but two of their staff. I received a broken tub spout and was told I would receive a phone call and/or email. When I received neither and called again, I was treated like a liar as the supervisor let me know no one would ever say she would call me. In addition to the attitude I got from the supervisor and the first staffer I spoke to, the 2 calls took almost an hour of my time. Finally, they insisted on charging a restocking fee even though the original was defective.

I must've ordered well over $9000 worth of products from efaucets and never have I run into any problem. They have great selection at good prices. The Jado Victorian faucet looks awesome for one of my renovation projects. I always get free shipping too.

eFaucets.com rocks I ordered the wrong piece and was able to return it and exchange it for the right one, and they paid for the return shipping! I'll certainly be shopping from them again I have another bathroom upgrade project in store and would be happy to buy from them again with coupon and free shipping.
