I ordered via phone with sales rep Reid Jackson an IMAC, printer, Applecare package, printer cable and some word processing software on 11-24-2008. The shipment finally left on 12-3-2008 but without a computer and the wrong software. I was told that the computer had become "discontinued" in the interim. I said that I certainly did not need all this other stuff without an actual computer to use it with. MACMALL said that they would sell me a similar computer to the one I'd ordered but it would cost me about $400 more. Waiting for the shipment to arrive so I can start fighting with them about returning it. MACMALL is a disaster waiting to befall some unsuspecting customer. They don't answer the phone and don't respond to emails. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
