I would like to write that OfficeMax has pretty darn good service. We bought a Soyo 24 inch (DYLM24D6) LCD monitor about 5 weeks ago from them. The first day we noticed this black horizontal line that ran across the bottom of the screen. We didn't think much of it until things started to get worse- there was an image burnt into the screen of the window we had usually opened in the same location. After some research we found that other people had similar problems too with this monitor. But it was over the two week return period so we tried contacting Soyo and got NO RESPONSE. So then we tried to exchange it for another one in-store and they did it with hassling us even though it's been 5 weeks since the purcahse. I would definitely buy from OfficeMax again!

OfficeMAX has some expensive prices if you don't use a coupon, & they don't have a $30 off $150 coupon like OfficeDepot rather they will have some crappy $15 off $125 coupon. At least they will match prices from OfficeDepot.
